Personally, I still believe the framework works great in B2C and domains where data can be collected quickly, and metrics are near real-time. However, I would like to see examples in B2B, specifically when there are 6+ month sales cycles, and hence, the nature of a North Star Metric as a leading indicator of business success becomes difficult.
